Before assuming the CEO role in Universal Trustees, he served primarily in the Business Development function in a number of Trustee companies: UOB Trustees, OSK Trustees and Maybank Trustees; he covers a wide spectrum of trustee services ranging from Wills and Trusts to corporate deals such as Unit Trusts, Bonds and Sukuk, REITs and E-Money and Payment solutions.
Over 15 years experience in trustee services, and life and general insurance ranging from operations, trust advisory, business development, product development and claims.
His experience in trusteeship ranges from corporate trust administration such as private debt securities, collective investment scheme, e-monies, interest schemes, security trustee, retirement funds to other areas of trusteeship. He was previously managing the operations and product development for retail and private trust in Maybank Trustee Berhad.
Over 20 years experience in litigation, corporate and probate matters. Was an advocate and solicitor prior to joining Universal Trustee (Malaysia) Berhad.
Over 10 years accounting experience in the financial services covering general insurance and mutual funds.
Over 12 years experience in Information Technology and Human Resources. Overseeing the IT, Human Resources and Payroll and Administration of the Company.
Over 10 years experience in risk, compliance and internal audit covering the insurance, manufacturing, plantation and entertainment industry.
